Our platforms and data systems support farmers, agronomists, food & beverage (F&B) companies, agribusinesses, and major cloud service providers in making better decisions and real impact around sustainability, agricultural practices, and supply chain operations.We design tools used both in the field and in enterprise-level analysis, where users work with complex environmental and operational data. Our focus is to transform that complexity into clarity, confidence, and practical action.About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who can independently lead the end-to-end product design process. This role requires strong analytical thinking and the ability to simplify data-dense, workflow-heavy experiences into intuitive, accessible interfaces.This is a role for someone who is comfortable making design decisions, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring delivery quality while collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams.You will work across:Web dashboards and analytics interfacesMobile applications used in field operationsInternal operational and configuration toolsReporting, monitoring, and data visualization surfacesWhat You’ll DoLead end-to-end design from discovery to final handover across web and mobile.Translate complex agricultural, environmental, and operational data into clear dashboards, visualizations, and decision-support interfaces.Conduct or support user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.Create high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes in Figma.Develop and maintain a consistent design language and component system across products.Work closely with Product and Engineering to align on feasibility and implementation.Review implemented UI and take ownership of follow-through when adjustments are needed.Support and provide feedback to mid-level designers as required.RequirementsBachelor’s degree (4-year full program) in Design, Visual Communication, Industrial Design, or a related field.5+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design roles.Experience designing for both B2C and B2B software environments.High proficiency in Figma (components, variants, prototyping, developer handoff).Ability to analyze and simplify complex workflows and datasets.Strong visual design, interaction design, and information architecture skills.Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams in iterative development cycles.Strong communication and self-management skills.Very good command of English.Plus: Experience with data visualization, scientific or operational dashboards, map-based interfaces, or enterprise workflow systems.What We OfferA role with meaningful impact supporting sustainable agriculture and resilient world.A collaborative environment where clarity and thoughtful design are valued.Opportunities to deepen expertise in data visualization and decision-support UX.Private health insurance covering family members under 22 years.Monthly meal vouchers & transportation allowance.Performance-based annual bonuses.Employee stock option scheme.
