About The RoleWe’re looking for a Senior UI/UX Figma Designer who’s passionate about crafting visually stunning, intuitive, and impactful user experiences for enterprise-grade digital products. This role goes beyond traditional UI/UX — you’ll be responsible for shaping how complex business solutions come to life through user journey visualizations, interactive prototypes, and design-led solution blueprints that help our customers clearly understand how the solution will work in real-world scenarios.You’ll work closely with Product Owners, Solution Architects, and Engineering teams to translate business processes and technical architectures into beautiful, human-centered design experiences using Figma and modern AI-powered design tools.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end design projects — from discovery and wireframing to prototyping and handoff using Figma as the central design platform.Create interactive user journey maps and solution blueprints that visually explain workflows, process flows, and system interactions for customers.Collaborate with product and engineering teams to transform complex technical requirements into clean, engaging user interfaces that align with our brand and design guidelines.Use AI-powered design tools (such as Galileo AI, Uizard, FigGPT, Framer AI, or Midjourney for concept visualization) to accelerate ideation, enhance creativity, and automate repetitive tasks.Develop and maintain a scalable design system in Figma, ensuring components consistency across platforms and components.Conduct user research and usability testing, synthesizing findings into actionable design improvements.Stay ahead of design trends, particularly in AI-assisted UX, motion design, and design system automation.Work with stakeholders to visualize customer journeys and business processes in a way that non-technical audiences can easily understand.Support creation of presentation-ready design assets and product experience demos for executive and client-facing sessions.Required Skills & ExperienceCore Design Expertise4+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web applications.Deep expertise in Figma, including Auto Layout, Variants, Components, Tokens, Prototyping, Interactive Components, and Plugin Ecosystem.Strong visual design and interaction design skills with a keen eye for typography, spacing, and modern interface patterns.Experience in designing responsive, accessible, and scalable interfaces.Proven ability to design for enterprise or SaaS platforms with complex workflows and data-rich interfaces.Hands-on experience with AI-assisted design toolssuch as:Galileo AI, Uizard, Framer AI, Figma AI, or Relume for wireframing and concept creationUnderstanding of how to integrate AI tools into Figma workflows to improve efficiency and creativity.Strategic & Analytical AbilitiesStrong storytelling skills — able to present and explain design concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.Experience in user journey mapping, service blueprints, and user experience mapping with functionalities.Ability to connect design decisions to business objectives, user outcomes, and technical feasibility.Comfort working in an agile environment with iterative feedback cycles.Soft SkillsExcellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.Creative thinker who thrives in ambiguity and can turn conceptual ideas into tangible experiences.Meticulous attention to detail with strong ownership of design quality and consistency.Nice to HaveExposure to enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, CRM, RGM, or analytics dashboards).Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards.What We Have For YouGreat compensation package, Medical benefit for you and your family, Free lunch, Annual performance-tied increments & performance recognition awards, Leave Encashment, Referral Bonuses and a great lean and agile work culture!Convo endorses a culture of diversity in all aspects and aims to build a diverse team of amazing individuals!Prior experience mentoring junior designers or managing a small design team.
