We work with companies to create innovative solutions and products for primary raises, recapitalizations, and secondary trading.Position SummaryWe are seeking a SVP of Product to lead the strategy, vision, and execution of our product roadmap. This role will be instrumental in shaping the future of digital asset trading, tokenization, and capital markets infrastructure.Responsibilities:Own the product vision, strategy, and execution across all tZERO products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.Collaborate with executive leadership, engineering, compliance, operations, and business development to define priorities and deliver innovative solutions.Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation, requirements gathering, and design through launch, adoption, and iteration.Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback loops to identify new opportunities.Ensure product development meets all regulatory, security, and compliance standards.Establish key success metrics, track performance, and communicate progress to stakeholders.Qualifications10+ years of product management experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles with strategic oversight of product portfoliosProven success building and scaling fintech, trading, or blockchain-based products.Deep knowledge of capital markets, securities trading, and digital assets, including cryptocurrency and tokenization, with the ability to apply this expertise to evolving market trends.Demonstrated ability to set vision, develop strategy, and execute at pace in a startup or high-growth environment.Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Experience working in regulated financial environments is strongly preferred.Why Join tZERO?Shape the future of capital markets and digital asset trading.Collaborate with a passionate, innovative team driving industry change.Opportunity to make an impact in a dynamic and rapidly evolving industry.Equal Employment OpportunityIt is our policy to provide equal employment opportunities for all applicants and associates.
