Parking AvailableTeam EnvironmentOpportunity for extension Location: Lower HuttContract: Temporary (3-6 months)Rate: $30-$35 per hour About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join a leading facilities management company on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and excellent communication abilities who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming service requests via phone and email from external partiesLiaise with contractors and vendors to ensure timely resolution of issuesUpdate records accurately and maintain digital documentation systemsProcess purchase order (PO) numbers and escalate issues when requiredEnsure all documents are stored correctly in digital formatsProvide clear and professional correspondence with all stakeholdersCollaborate effectively within a supportive team environment Skills and ExperienceProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Pronto softwareStrong organisational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detailPrevious experience in a coordination or administrative role within facilities management (preferred but not essential) Candidates must be available to start immediately and have the legal right to work in New Zealand.
