About The RoleWe have an exciting opportunity for a Service Desk Technician to join our team on a temporary (12 months) full-time basis.As our new Service Desk Technician, you will have a good understanding of the day-to-day role a technician plays within the service desk team. With excellent organisation, communication, and time management skills, you are adept at ensuring that all Service Desk requirements are carried out both efficiently and effectively.This is a full-time temporary role based at the Civic Centre. We support flexible working arrangements while ensuring operational needs of the role are met.This is a Band 5 classified role.
