Service Engineer

Job Description Location: Senai Working Arrangement: Onsite, with travel required within APAC and EuropeKey Responsibilities Perform onsite or remote machine installation and resolve technical issues or troubleshooting as needed. Handle spare parts management and coordination. Prepare and maintain machine manuals and related documentation. Manage new project trials, address customer requirements, and prepare Design for Manufacturability (DFM) documentation for the factory. Monitor and follow up on project schedules to ensure timely completion. Willingness to work overtime to support customers worldwide, including those in different time zones. Liaise primarily with international customers and engineers at the company headquarters.Requirements Fluent in English and Chinese, with the ability to read and write in both languages. Willingness to travel overseas, with current projects mainly based in Thailand. Ability to work under pressure, prioritize customer requirements, and respond to urgent requests. Preferably 3-5 years of working experience in machine service, troubleshooting, and project handling.
