Minimum off 4 years Caterpillar Component rebuild experience with substantial troubleshooting exposure (post Qualification) Well familiar with failure analysis and re-useability guidelines on components Experienced trouble shooting and problem-solving skills on Earthmoving Equipment Components. Well imbedded Component specific technical knowledge and skills. Familiar with Dyno and Hydraulic testbench operation and troubleshooting. Sound interpersonal and communication skills. Good technical report writing skills. Basic business and financial understanding. Computer literate and good business writing knowledge. Good and experiences on Caterpillar machine and product knowledge. Valid Driver’s License
