Boliden is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Platform Manager to take ownership of our ServiceNow platform and lead its development as a strategic enabler for the business.What you will work withAs Platform Manager, you will be the strategic and operational driver of Boliden’s ServiceNow platform. Your mission is to ensure the platform delivers maximum value across the organizationfrom IT service management to HR and beyond.This is a role for a proactive person who thrives on project management, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement. You will coordinate initiatives, challenge assumptions, and ask the right questions to align technology with business needs.Your Responsibilities Will IncludeTake full ownership and lead the ServiceNow platform by defining roadmaps and priorities, while actively working hands-on to ensure successful delivery. Lead platform-related projects and ensure successful delivery. Act as a trusted advisor to business units on digitalization opportunities. Drive requirement discussions and challenge solutions to ensure relevance and quality. Coordinate internal IT teams and manage supplier relationships. Ensure platform stability, scalability, and compliance with best practices. Facilitate workshops and decision-making across IT and business stakeholders. What you bringYou are ambitious, structured, and proactive, operational with a strong ability to lead projects, manage stakeholders, and drive change.QualificationsMinimum 2 years of hands-on administrative experience with ServiceNow. Certification in any ServiceNow area. University degree in IT or equivalent experience. Strong communication skills in English (Swedish, Finnish, or Norwegian is a plus). Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Experience in implementing or operating processes on ServiceNow is highly valued. Class B driver’s license. You combine technical expertise with strategic thinking and have a passion for improving processes. You are proactive, solution-oriented, and skilled at building trust across diverse stakeholders.
