Our mission is to support responsible lending, minimize risk, and enable scalable credit decisioning across the organisation.Get an idea of the roleWe are now looking for a Software Engineer who thrives on complex problem-solving and wants to play a key role in developing and scaling our core services for automatic credit and fraud decision-making.As a Software Engineer in our team, you will:🚀 Be part of an agile product team that values quality, fast feedback, and continuous improvement⚙️ Work primarily with backend development, using technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, Postgres/MongoDB, GitHub, Elastic and AWS📦 Build and enhance scalable services and APIs that support automated and compliant credit assessments🧠 Contribute to architectural design, helping shape a robust and adaptable credit platform🤝 Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, from Consumer Loans and Retail Finance to B2B, analytics teams, and Customer Care to deliver reliable, secure, and efficient credit solutions to real business problemsOn a personal levelMinimum Requirements✓ Backend is your primary focus✓ Great personal drive and curiosity to Software Development✓ Solid knowledge of Java, Spring Boot and Spring Cloud✓ Experience in REST API design and security✓ Excited about leveraging AI in your daily coding work✓ You know how to do local development efficiently using DockerMeriting Skills✓ Understanding of OAuth/JWT authentication, and data privacy✓ Comfortable working with services in Kubernetes and/or Serverless on AWS✓ Experience or interest in related frontend work using TypeScript and React✓ Enjoy PostgreSQL and RabbitMQ✓ You champion having a great CI/CD pipeline using GitHub Actions and workflowsResurs in briefAt Resurs, we make everyday finances easier through innovative and customer-focused solutions.
