Schedule: Monday - Friday (6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT)What are we looking for?As a Settlement Officer, you will play a vital role in the end-to-end mortgage process, ensuring the smooth and accurate completion of loan settlements. This role requires strong attention to detail, coordination skills, and the ability to liaise effectively with lenders, brokers, clients, and solicitors to ensure a seamless settlement experience.Skills RequiredStrong knowledge of the Australian mortgage and settlement process.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.Familiarity with loan processing systems and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ApplyOnline, Mercury).Sound understanding of compliance, credit policies, and banking procedures.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.Background in mortgage administration, lending, or financial services preferred.Experience working with Australian lenders, aggregators, or broker networks advantageous.Knowledge of property settlement procedures and state-specific regulations highly regarded.What will you do?
