This role is crucial in managing a team, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and optimizing processes to meet operational goals.If you’re a proactive leader with strong knowledge of cold storage operations and a passion for maintaining product integrity, we’d love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:👥 Team Leadership:Supervise and guide a team of warehouse personnel during assigned shifts.Foster a positive, accountable, and collaborative work culture.Conduct team meetings to share goals, performance updates, and key announcements.🏭 Operational Oversight:Manage receiving, storage, and dispatch of temperature-sensitive products.Ensure adherence to SOPs and safety regulations.Maintain accurate inventory controls to prevent losses.✅ Quality Assurance:Ensure proper product handling and storage.Conduct regular inspections and collaborate with QA teams on corrective actions.⚙️ Process Optimization:Identify and implement efficiency improvements.Work with Operations Management to streamline workflows and adopt best practices.📢 Communication & Reporting:Coordinate with logistics, maintenance, and admin teams.Provide regular shift reports on operations, challenges, and achievements.🚨 Emergency Response:Serve as the key point of contact during emergencies impacting warehouse operations.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Proven leadership and interpersonal skills.Strong understanding of safety and quality standards in cold storage environments.Experience with inventory management systems.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends.📍 Locations: Delhi/NCR | Mumbai | Ahmedabad📅 Position: Full-time📩 How to Apply:Interested candidates can send their resumes to hr@indicold.comLet’s connect and build something incredible together.
