Job Responsibilities :Ensure the implementation of safety procedures and processes (Workplace safety & Waste management), in the fieldsAct as Incident command control until arrival of SSM in case of ERCP incidencesMonitoring of the consumption of the raw materials and utilities, shift wiseMonitor & troubleshoot all process parameters and equipment condition for smooth operation of the plantEffective use of OMPro tool.Ensure compliance to SOP'sTo lead speedy restart of production after any plant breakdownReduction of flare lossHighlight exceptions in parameters which affect product quality.Follow up with maintenance departments to expedite planned / unplanned maintenance activitiesCarry out improvement trials as planned in the planIdentify training and development needs of panel and field operatorsCoordinate trainings for panel and field operatorsShare learning from incidents and Root cause analysesPlan OJT for shift staffHighlight exceptions in parameters (both positive and negative)Participate in rack up meetingsMaintain shift logs for respective area / equipmentReporting of near-miss incidentsReduce effluent generationReduction in waste during grade change over in shiftReduction in recycle in shiftReduction HOTO time for maintenanceFulfilment of identified training needs for selfEducation Requirement :B.E./ B.
