Site Civil Engineer

Be part of Infinity Group’s delivery of industrial facilities, warehouses, hospitals, and commercial projects. You’ll handle civil/structural works from drawings and quantity take-off to site supervision, inspections, and handover.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare/review shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination with MEP/architectural trades.Perform quantity take-off (QTO), BOQs, and cost comparisons; support procurement with material requests.Issue and track technical submittals, RFIs, ITPs, WIRs/MIRs, and method statements.Supervise earthworks, foundations, concrete, rebar, masonry, blockwork, finishing, and external works.Coordinate surveying (benchmarks, levels, setting out) with survey teams/consultants.Monitor QA/QC: slump/cube tests, compaction, backfilling, waterproofing tests, and rectification of NCRs.Enforce HSE requirements and site permits; conduct toolbox talks with the HSE team.Track progress vs. schedule, report risks, and propose recovery plans.Liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors; attend weekly meetings and prepare progress reports.Support handover: snag lists, punch closeout, and O&M/as-built documentation.RequirementsB.Sc. in Civil Engineering.2–4 years experience split between Technical Office and Site roles.Strong knowledge of Egyptian Code (ECP) and familiarity with ACI/ASTM/BS standards.Proficiency in AutoCAD, QTO, shop drawings, submittals, and site documentation.Practical experience in concrete works, rebar detailing, finishes, and infrastructure basics (roads/drainage).Good communication in Arabic & English; stakeholder coordination skills.Ability to work across Alex/Cairo sites as needed.
