Construction Project Manager📍 Location: Dublin (or within commutable distance) 📑 Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent 📈 Reports To: Senior Management / Director🌟 Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Construction Project Manager to take ownership of multiple projects across residential and commercial sectors. This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for driving projects from concept to completion — ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.You will act as the central link between clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams, balancing technical expertise with strong commercial acumen and people leadership.🏗️ Project ScopeRenovation projects typically ranging from €150k to €1.5m9–19 live projects managed concurrently at different stages🔑 Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage multiple construction projects from planning through to handoverDevelop detailed project programmes and ensure milestones are achievedProactively identify risks and implement solutions to avoid delays or cost overrunsOversee budgets, procurement schedules, and cash‑flow forecastsNegotiate effectively with contractors, suppliers, and consultantsCoordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to resolve design/technical issuesEnsure compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company protocolsMotivate and manage site teams and subcontractors to maintain performance standardsAct as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear communication and updatesMaintain accurate documentation and deliver progress reports to senior management👤 Candidate ProfileEssentialBased in Dublin or within commutable distanceMinimum 10 years’ experience in construction, including site and project managementProven track record of delivering projects on time and within budgetStrong knowledge of Irish construction standards and regulationsExpertise in cost control, valuations, variations, procurement, and cash‑flow managementSolid understanding of construction contracts and ability to act as Contract AdministratorExcellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skillsHighly organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple prioritiesFull Irish driving licenceDesirableDegree in Construction Management or related discipline (preferred but not essential with significant experience)💻 Technical SkillsMicrosoft Excel: Cost tracking, forecasting, reportingMicrosoft Project: Programme creation and managementAutoCAD (or similar): Reviewing and marking up drawingsMicrosoft Outlook: Communication, scheduling, coordination🎁 What’s on OfferCompetitive salary packageAnnual performance‑based bonusCar allowanceOpportunities for career progression and professional developmentA collaborative, supportive working environment
