Paladin Security is Hiring a Site Supervisor!Location: London, OntarioSchedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:00pmPay Rate: $22.25/hourEmployment Type: Full TimeOverviewPaladin Security is seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to support security operations at Ingredion Canada Corporation in London, ON. This role oversees day-to-day site performance, ensures compliance with OHS and client procedures, and acts as the primary liaison between security staff, management, and the client. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to remain composed during urgent situations.Responsibilities Oversee guards' performance, providing clear direction, coaching, and support Enforce Health & Safety (OHS) standards and ensure full compliance Act as the primary contact between guards, the client, and Paladin management Respond promptly to incidents, disturbances, and escalations Ensure all post orders, site procedures, and protocols are followed Support onboarding, training, and familiarization for new staff Control plant entry/access and maintain accurate logs Operate weigh scales and manage vehicle access Handle documentation and customs control for contractors and drivers Report safety non-compliances and incidents to the Ingredion representative Assist with emergency response and provide First Aid/CPR when needed Support Ingredion's Health & Safety programs and initiatives Maintain ongoing professional relationships with employees, contractors, carriers, and visitors Prevent, observe, detect, and report incidents and security risks Identify and remediate conditions not aligned with good security practices Follow any additional site-specific procedures required by Ingredion Requirements1-2 years of security experience (supervisory or site lead preferred) Strong understanding of security operations, emergency procedures, and incident management Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain composure under pressure Ability to write clear, concise reports Must wear 6-inch all-leather safety boots with ankle coverage Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence Valid First Aid & CPR Level C Physically able to cut truck bolt seals Microsoft Office proficiency Legally authorized to work in Canada Nice to Have:Experience in a truck gate/warehouse environment Knowledge of OHS legislation and safe work practicesBenefitsOn-the-Job Training Growth Opportunities Competitive salary and benefits package Work today, get paid today - DailyPay available Free uniforms Security license reimbursement Dry cleaning & tailoring allowance Paid vacation & sick days Additional Paladin perks
