Role Description This is a contract-based, on-site role for a Site Supervisor, located in Abuja (Abuja–Deidei Area).The initial contract is for 3 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and project needs.The Site Supervisor will oversee daily construction activities, ensuring work is conducted according to project specifications, timelines, and safety standards. Responsibilities include managing project schedules, supervising site contractors and coordinating with contractors, and monitoring resources. The Site Supervisor will also provide regular updates to the project manager while addressing any issues that arise during construction. Qualifications Proficiency in project management, construction site supervision, and resource allocationKnowledge of construction safety standards, quality assurance, and compliance requirementsAbility to read and interpret construction blueprints and technical documentsExperience in coordinating and managing contractors and laborersStrong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skillsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fieldPrevious experience in luxury residential construction is an advantageFamiliarity with Abuja construction regulations and standards is beneficial
