Site Supervisor (Civil) - Kandivali Mumbai

About The OpportunityA construction and real-estate development operation focused on residential and commercial civil works across Mumbai's western suburbs. We deliver end-to-end on-site execution—structural, finishing and civil infrastructure—emphasising quality, safety and schedule adherence. This role is fully on-site at Kandivali, Mumbai and reports into the project delivery team.Role & ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily civil construction activities at the Kandivali site to ensure work aligns with approved drawings, specifications and project schedule.Coordinate subcontractors, vendors and consultants for timely mobilisation of materials, equipment and labour; enforce contractor compliance to scope and quality standards.Conduct quality inspections for concrete, reinforcement, formwork, shuttering and finishing; maintain and sign-off checklists and non-conformance reports.Implement and monitor site safety protocols, daily housekeeping, tool-box talks, permit-to-work and incident reporting to minimise risk.Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, labour and material logs, measurement sheets and handover documentation including as-built inputs.Support site-level coordination for client/consultant walkthroughs, resolve punch-list items, and mentor junior engineers and site staff to close snags efficiently.Skills & QualificationsMust-HaveDiploma or Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent) and valid local work eligibility.Proven track record supervising residential or commercial civil construction projects in Mumbai/Western Suburbs.Hands-on experience with concrete execution, formwork/shuttering, reinforcement placement and finishing inspections.Proficient in MS Excel for site measurements, quantity checks and daily reporting; familiarity with AutoCAD for reading drawings.Strong working knowledge of site QA/QC procedures, standard construction test requirements and statutory inspection processes.Ability to work full-time on-site in Kandivali and liaise with consultants, local authorities and subcontractors.Skills: site supervision,civil projects,quality control
