SOC Manager

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science,Information Security, or a related field.• 8+ years in SOC roles, with 3+ years managing SOC teams or large-scale security monitoring operations— ideally within FMCG, manufacturing, or similarly complex environments.• Hands-on experience with leading SIEM platforms (e.g.,Splunk, IBM QRadar, Microsoft Sentinel) and endpoint detection tools (e.g., CrowdStrike, Carbon Black).Deep understanding of log pipelines, network protocols, Windows/Linux internals, cloud security monitoring, and OT security.• Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell) for automation and custom detections.Preferred Cybersecurity Certification• GIAC Security Operations Certified (GSOC)• GIAC Certified Intrusion Analyst (GCIA) or GIAC CertifiedIncident Handler (GCIH)• Certified Information Systems Security ProfessionalInterested candidates can send CVs - Remya.Raghvan@adecco.com
