You’ll be part of a dedicated team providing high-quality, responsive support to young people, while helping shape the culture and direction of a new and dynamic service.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild strong, trusting relationships with young peopleProvide daily care and support for personal developmentLead keyworking sessions linked to individual Care PlansAdvocate for each young person’s voice, rights, and welfarePromote school attendance, training, and medical engagementPlan and participate in activities, outings, and routinesLiaise with families and professionals; attend planning meetingsSupport daily household tasks, budgeting, and meal planningMaintain high standards of documentation and complianceFollow safeguarding procedures and act as a Mandated PersonEngage in regular training, supervision, and reflective practiceSalary: €37,500 – €41,000 (DOE)Shifts: Day & 24-hour shifts, incl. weekends and bank holidaysWhat You NeedLevel 7 qualification (or higher) in:o  Social Care Work (CORU-approved)o  Or a related field: Psychology, Youth & Community Work, Nursing, Teaching, etc.o  Or CORU registration with a non-relevant qualificationCORU Registration: Registered, applied, or eligible (evidence required)Full, clean, manual driving licence valid in IrelandGarda Vetting and reference checksExcellent communication, teamwork, and care planning skillsKnowledge of HIQA National Standards                     Support Worker RoleOur Support Workers are key members of the care team, bringing compassion, structure, and support to the everyday lives of the young people in our services.
