You’ll define and protect the brand’s tone of voice, bringing a luxurious yet relatable personality to every touchpoint.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & CopywritingWrite and edit all brand copy including product descriptions, web copy, social media captions, newsletters, and email campaigns.Create educational and story-driven content that translates skincare expertise into inspiring, easy-to-understand communication.Maintain a consistent tone of voice that reflects the brand’s luxury positioning and editorial sophistication.Content Strategy & IdeationDevelop original content concepts aligned with brand objectives and commercial goals.Plan storylines, campaign themes, and messaging across digital platforms.Research trends, competitor activity, and cultural moments to inspire fresh, relevant ideas.Identify new opportunities for storytelling around launches, treatments, and seasonal moments.Campaign & Calendar ManagementOwn the content calendar — planning, scheduling, and delivering to agreed timelines.Collaborate closely with e-commerce, graphics, and operational teams to deliver cohesive, high-quality campaigns.Ensure all content aligns with key business priorities and supports brand growth.About YouYou’re a wordsmith with commercial instinct — able to make science sound sexy and luxury feel human.
