They are seeking a Social Media Manager to build and scale their organic presence through creative, short-form video content that informs, engages, and grows their audience.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage a 30–60 day content calendar across all platforms.Produce, edit, and publish short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) tailored to platform trends.Design supporting graphics and write captions that reinforce brand messaging.Oversee daily posting, community engagement, and responses across platforms.Monitor analytics to refine strategy and highlight top-performing content.Collaborate with leadership to align content with marketing goals and educational initiatives.Qualifications:2–4 years managing social media for a brand or agency.Strong experience producing short-form video content that drives engagement.Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools preferred.Deep understanding of social media algorithms and content trends.Highly creative, organized, proactive, and comfortable guiding or participating in video production.Opportunity:Join a growing education company as they expand into digital content and video-first marketing.
