You’ll plan, create, and publish engaging content across all our social platforms, building brand awareness, showcasing our team, and connecting with our growing audience.Working closely with the Brand Marketing Lead and our virtual assistant, you’ll play a key part in shaping Smartfix’s social presence through creative ideas, engaging visuals, and thoughtful storytelling.This is a dynamic, independent role where no two days are the same, from shooting content on-site with our tradies, to planning campaigns, coordinating sponsor events, and sharing behind-the-scenes moments from life at Smartfix.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, create, and schedule engaging social media content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok (with YouTube and Reddit to come).Develop and maintain a social content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, events, and business goals.Capture and edit photography and video content on-site with staff, customers, and partners.Collaborate with the Brand Marketing Lead to coordinate marketing activities, sponsorships, internal events, and content planning sessions.Engage with our online community. Respond to comments, messages, and mentions to build genuine relationships.Monitor social trends, competitor activity, and platform updates, bringing fresh ideas to the table.Track, analyse, and report on social performance, identifying insights and opportunities for improvement.Work closely with other departments to share stories that reflect Smartfix’s values and showcase our team and services.About YouYou’re a creative self-starter who’s just as comfortable behind a camera as you are behind a strategy.
