This is your chance to let your creativity shine — developing dishes that delight our community and reflect the latest food trends. Your responsibilities will include:Supporting the daily operations of The Crossing Theatre kitchen. Prepare and deliver high-quality, consistent meals. Adhering to all Food Safety legislations and Health and Safety regulations. Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment. Assisting in implementing strategies to reduce costs and minimise food waste. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills, and will enjoy working both collaboratively within a team and independently when required.The Successful Candidate WillDemonstrate experience in a commercial kitchen environment.Hold an Intermediate/Advanced Food Hygiene Certificate.Possess a strong understanding of Work Health and Safety (WHS) practices.
