Job Description

Social Media Officer is responsible for building and maintaining a strong online presence, engaging with the target audience, and promoting brand awareness and growth through social media platforms. S/He is responsible for overseeing a company's interactions with the public by implementing social media platforms' content strategies. His/her duties include analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions and planning digital campaigns to build community online.Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).Proven experience in social media management, with a track record of successful omni channel strategies.In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and their best practices.Excellent communication and writing skills with a flair for creativity.Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus.Crisis management experience is advantageous.Ability to adapt quickly to changing trends and technologies.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other marketing software.Familiarity with branding and design principles is a plus.
