Metaform has collaborated on numerous award-winning e-Government projects and works with clients such as TÜRKSAT, HAVELSAN, and Volkswagen Group.Metaform is currently looking for a Software Developer who will help create internal programs to improve business efficiency and develop systems that can be commercialized. This role offers hands-on experience in software engineering and collaboration in a corporate environment.Responsibilities:Research, design, implement, and manage software programsTest and evaluate new softwareIdentify areas for modification in existing programs and develop improvementsWrite and implement efficient codeDetermine operational practicalityDevelop quality assurance proceduresDeploy software tools, processes, and metricsMaintain and upgrade existing systemsTrain usersWork closely with developers, UX designers, business analysts, and system analystsSelection Process:Step 1: CV shortlistingStep 2: Interview with the companyStep 3: Review and receive final responseApplication process usually takes around 9 days.
