Software Release and QA Lead

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pasadena, CA, for a Software Release and QA Lead. The role involves overseeing the software release process, ensuring the quality and reliability of software products, and managing quality assurance testing activities. The Software Release and QA Lead will collaborate with development teams, identify and resolve software issues, and maintain documentation for release cycles. Responsibilities also include implementing and improving QA processes and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Qualifications Skills in Software Development, Software Design, and basic knowledge of application architectureProficiency in Programming and working with DatabasesExperience in Testing and implementing quality assurance processesStrong analytical problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work effectively in an on-site environmentExperience in power systems or related industries is a plusRelevant degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
