In this key role, you will help bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, driving process improvements and enabling data-informed decisions across our organization. As a Solution Architect, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, gather and refine requirements, and deliver actionable insights that support high-impact outcomes.You will be part of a team of 120+ professionals focused on digital transformation, innovation, and operational efficiency. This role offers global exposure and growth potential into leadership or specialized roles such as Product Owner or Solution Architect.What You Will DoCollaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and gather functional and non-functional requirementsAnalyze and document business processes, identify improvement areas, and define optimized workflowsTranslate business needs into detailed documentation such as BRDs, process flows, and solution outlinesSupport end-to-end project delivery by contributing to design discussions and validating solutions against requirementsFacilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure sign-off of deliverablesPartner with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and delivery to align on solution directionContribute to data analysis activities to support evidence-based decisionsTrack and report progress, risks, and outcomes to key stakeholdersThe Skills You BringStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach8+ years of experience in business analysis or similar rolesProven experience in stakeholder management and requirement gatheringExcellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearlyProficiency in business process mapping tools and documentation standardsHands-on experience with Excel, JIRA, Confluence, or similar toolsUnderstanding of SQL or basic data analysis is a plusExposure to Telecom, Fintech, or MFS domains is preferredWhy join Ericsson?At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
