Using this platform, our team helps Internal Firm Services transform how they manage services for the business, and how the business manages services for our clients. As part of our ServiceNow Product Management team, this role is responsible for driving solution design and development on ServiceNow platforms managed by ITSCo.Key responsibilities:Aligning business requirements with baseline ServiceNow capabilities to deliver effective platform-based solutions;Focusing broadly across multiple product capabilities;Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to deliver innovative and high-quality solutions.Education and Experience8–10+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Solutions Architect;Extensive background in ServiceNow development;Broad product knowledge across the entire ServiceNow platform (beyond 1–2 products);Experience collaborating with Product Managers to define platform solutions for business use cases;Strong internal customer-facing experience;Excellent written and verbal communication skills;Solid understanding of ServiceNow Development and Architecture;Knowledge of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM);Experience with demand management, agile delivery, and business process consulting;Strong business acumen and understanding of a global network operating model;Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities;Experience in software development life cycle (SDLC), project delivery, and agile methodologies;Business process design experience is a plus.Education Level: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.Desired Certifications:ITIL Foundations Certification;ServiceNow Certifications such as CTA, Implementation Specialist, and System Administrator.Only eligible candidates will be contacted in a maximum of 2 weeks.
