This role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on architecture expertise, and deep knowledge of Genesys technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and build a complete Genesys Contact Centre solutionDefine architecture, system components, integrations, and deployment standardsCollaborate with internal technical teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless deliverySupport system testing, optimisation, and handover documentationEnsure adherence to architecture best practices and enterprise standardsRequired Skills & TechnologiesGenesys (core must-have)VOIPCloud Platforms: AWS or AzureStrong experience as a Solution Architect or Technical ArchitectMinimum 4+ years in similar rolesAdditional RequirementCandidates must already possess a valid visa or work permit that allows employment in Dubai. Sponsorship or visa provision is not included.
