As a Solutions Consultant, you will be the primary contact for users needing assistance with major digital products, specifically non-technical issues related to:Google Play StoreGoogle Pay (gPay)Google for FamiliesGoogle Books & MoviesYou will provide professional, friendly support via phone, email, and chat, focusing on non-technical troubleshooting, account inquiries, billing questions, and guiding users through product features. Your mission is to resolve issues efficiently and ensure every user has an excellent experience.What You Need (Essentials)Language Fluency: Fluent Czech (written and spoken) is a must-have.English Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of English (B2 level) for training and internal communication.Location Commitment: Ready to work on-site in our office in Sofia, Bulgaria.Mindset: A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and problem-solving skills.Experience: Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not required.
