Booking Manager

Job Summary: Sonority Entertainment is seeking a part-time Bookings Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for securing performance opportunities and managing bookings for our roster of talented musicians.

This role involves working closely with artists and industry contacts to maximize exposure and drive career growth. The Bookings Manager will play a crucial role in expanding our artists' reach and presence in the industry. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and secure performance opportunities, events, and appearances for Sonority Entertainment artists. - Negotiate contracts and agreements with venues, promoters, and event organizers. - Coordinate all logistics related to bookings, including travel, accommodations, and technical requirements. - Maintain and manage the booking calendar to ensure efficient scheduling and avoid conflicts. - Build and maintain strong relationships with venue managers, event promoters, and other industry professionals.

- Work closely with artists and their teams to align bookings with their goals and preferences. - Track and report on booking activities, performance metrics, and revenue outcomes. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Music Business, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). - At least 1 year of experience in a bookings, talent management, or similar role in the music or entertainment industry. - Strong negotiation skills and experience with contract management. - Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Working Conditions: This is a part-time, work-from-home position. The role offers flexible working hours but may require occasional travel to support artist bookings and events.
