As a Spa Manager, you will supervise and organize the Spa department and your team, to ensure the provision of high-quality services, in accordance with company standards and guests' needs taken care of by following the company's SOPs. By joining our team, you will be part of a renowned hospitality brand that is dedicated to delivering luxury accommodations and unforgettable experiences across Greece's most stunning destinations.ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of the spa facility, including staffing, scheduling, inventory, and equipment maintenanceSupervise spa staff, provide training, and ensure excellent customer service is provided to all guestsDevelop and execute spa promotions and packages to increase revenue and attract new clientsMaintain an accurate inventory of spa products and supplies and ensure they are ordered in a timely mannerMonitor and manage the spa budget, ensuring expenses are kept within predetermined guidelinesEnsure the spa meets all health and safety standards and regulationsPromote the spa's services and products to hotel guests and visitorsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management or related fieldsMinimum of 5 years' experience in managing a spa facility in a luxury hotelExperience in sales, promotion, and marketing of spa servicesExtensive knowledge of spa treatments, products, and equipmentStrong leadership skills and ability to manage a diverse teamExcellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailFluency in English, knowledge of additional languages will be considered as an assetBenefitsCompetitive salary and other benefits Advanced Opportunities for professional growthAccommodation (if necessary) and BoardTransportation costsParticipation in educational programs
