The Spa Therapist will provide professional spa and wellness services, ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities include tailoring treatments to guests’ preferences, maintaining the cleanliness of spa facilities, and delivering high-quality customer service that aligns with the brand’s standards. The role also involves recommending suitable treatments and products based on individual client needs.Requirements:NVQ or equivalent qualification in Spa Therapy.Minimum 1 year of experience (resort or hotel experience preferred).Excellent communication and guest service skills.Pleasant, well-groomed, and flexible with working hours.
