About The RoleWe are looking for someone to join our Perth Service team. As the Spare Parts Interpreter, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all spare parts and inventory.RequirementsResponsibilities & DutiesReview and monitor stock variances ensuring to implement changes for future benefitsManage and complete bi-annual stocktakes for the Spare Parts store, and as required, ensuring that it is completed with accuracyManage and effectively coordinate all spare parts sales, purchase orders, receipts and dispatchEnsure transfers, invoicing and all parts related paperwork is processedLiaise with Customers advising purchase order status, requests and expected delivery datesGenerate invoices for Parts SalesSupervise and plan daily locker runs and co-ordination of the Parts Courier duties.
