Candidates will coordinate and execute large-scale events, from initial planning to day-of management, ensuring all logistical and operational aspects are seamlessly handled. Responsibilities include liaising with vendors, managing event schedules, addressing attendee needs, and collaborating with marketing, sales, and production teams. The role is based in Atlanta, GA, offering the opportunity for remote work combined with on-site event management during required periods.QualificationsStrong Event Planning and Event Management skills to organize and execute logistics efficientlyExcellent Customer Service and Communication skills to engage with attendees, vendors, and stakeholders effectivelyAbility to utilize Sales techniques for event promotion and securing partnershipsStrong organizational and time-management capabilities to handle multiple responsibilities and deadlinesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentExperience working in large-scale event planning or entertainment industry is an assetProficiency with event management software or tools is a plusBachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
