This is a temporary position to cover a maternity leave period of 1 yearDevelops, posts and maintains job advertisements and recruitment materials tailored to the position and media platformsProactively sources potential candidates via job boards and social media Liaises with recruitment agencies regarding position requirementsOrganizes, conducts, and reports on first stage interviews and testing of job candidates (if applicable)Ensures ongoing maintenance of Applicant Tracking SystemDevelops and maintains compensation and benefits benchmark for each job position; in conjunction with Hiring Manager and the wider Training & Resourcing teamDevelops candidate pipelines for open and future opportunities within PSIOngoing partnership with hiring managers to understand their business and recruitment needsActs as a point of contact and builds relationships with candidates during the selection process, maintaining a positive reputation of the company as an employerProvides analytical recruiting reports to the Hiring Manager and Training & Resourcing upon requestQualificationsBachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field or an equivalent combination of education, training and experienceFull working proficiency in EnglishSufficient experience in sourcing and recruiting experienceClinical Research, Pharma, or Biotech industry recruiting experience is a plus (but not required)Experience with implementation of different recruitment methods and techniquesProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Experience using an Applicant Tracking SystemAdditional InformationMake the right move and elevate your career to the next level.
