.Job Title: Sponsorships ManagerLocation: Dubai, UAEDepartment: Marketing / EventsSummaryWe are seeking an experienced Sponsorships Manager to drive the acquisition, negotiation, and management of sponsorships for client-led events and brand activations. The ideal candidate brings a strong network, excellent relationship-building skills, and proven success in securing high-value sponsorship deals across industries. Experience working in Dubai and strong familiarity with the UAE market is mandatory for this role.Roles & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sponsorship acquisition strategies for all client events and initiatives.Identify, prospect, and pitch to potential sponsors across relevant industry sectors within the UAE.Create tailored sponsorship proposals, packages, and presentations aligned with event objectives.Lead negotiations, close sponsorship deals, and ensure commercial targets are met.Maintain strong relationships with existing sponsors, ensuring superior service and long-term retention.Collaborate with marketing, events, and creative teams to deliver sponsor obligations and branding requirements.Track, manage, and report on sponsorship pipeline, revenue performance, and partner deliverables.Conduct market research to identify new categories, trends, and partnership opportunities.Oversee post-event reporting, performance summaries, and feedback sessions with sponsors.Experience Requirements4–8 years of experience in sponsorship sales, partnerships, or business development.Mandatory experience in Dubai, with a strong understanding of the UAE sponsorship landscape.Proven success in securing sponsorships for events, conferences, exhibitions, or brand activations.Strong network with decision-makers across FMCG, retail, tech, finance, lifestyle, and entertainment sectors in the UAE.Experience in contract negotiations, commercial structuring, and revenue generation.EducationBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.Master’s degree is a plus but not mandatory.Skills & CompetenciesStrong communication, presentation, and pitching skills.High level of confidence in engaging potential sponsors within the UAE market.Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.Strong relationship-building and account-management skills.Ability to create compelling proposals and value-driven sponsorship packages.Strategic thinking with strong commercial awareness.Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (especially PPT & Excel).Ability to work under pressure and meet revenue targets.
