You’ll engage with learners across India via phone and video calls, acting as their trusted advisor.💼 Key Responsibilities Counselling & Career GuidanceConnect with prospective learners via calls or video sessions to understand their goals and challenges. Counsel them on career growth paths and how NxtWave’s programs can accelerate their success. Sales & ConversionManage the complete sales cycle — lead engagement, needs assessment, product explanation, objection handling, closing, and post-sale support. Present the value proposition and uniqueness of NxtWave’s programs confidently and empathetically. Pipeline & Target ManagementMeet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment and revenue targets. Maintain accurate CRM records for all learner interactions, ensuring effective follow-ups. Feedback & CollaborationShare learner feedback with marketing and operations teams to improve campaigns and processes. Ensure each interaction upholds NxtWave’s commitment to learner satisfaction and empathy. 🧠 Ideal Candidate ProfileExperience1–2 years in EdTech or B2C inside sales (counselling-led sales preferred). Proven track record in target achievement and relationship-based selling. SkillsExceptional communication (English + regional language) and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal and persuasion abilities. Structured approach to pipeline management and follow-ups. Tech-savvy with experience in CRM tools and Google Workspace. LanguagesNative fluency in one or more regional languages: Hindi / Kannada / Bengali / Malayalam / Gujarati / Odia. Excellent proficiency in English (written and spoken). Personality TraitsHighly motivated, hardworking, and target-oriented. Empathetic and patient listener with a learner-first mindset.
