Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.About the RoleLead workshops, interviews and stakeholder sessions to elicit requirements, uncover gaps and prioritize solutions.ResponsibilitiesEvaluate end-to-end customer journeys to identify pain points and propose enhancements that improve customer experience.Analyze data and trends to generate insights that support decision-making.Develop process maps and recommend process improvements to streamline operations.Collaborate closely with project managers and developers to ensure alignment between business requirements and delivered solutions.Support testing, validation and change management to ensure successful implementation.QualificationsCollege degree, preferably Business or Industrial Engineering backgroundAt least 5 years’ experience in banking or other financial services industryKnowledge in Business process analysis; policy and process development and management; quality assurance testing.Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, critical thinking, effective communication skills, organizational and systems thinking, collaboration and negotiation, stakeholder management, and planning and organizing
