Sr. Executive QC/QA

Position Title: Sr. Executive QC/QAWe are hiring on behalf of our valued client, Biafo Industries Private Limited, a leading name in the explosives manufacturing industry. The company’s Hattar Plant is seeking a quality-focused professional to oversee and manage the Quality Control Department (QCD), ensuring strict compliance with industry standards and best practices.Position: Sr. Executive QC/QALocation: Hattar PlantSalary: Up to PKR 150,000/monthKey Responsibilities: • Ensure compliance with the Biafo Quality Management System (BQMS). • Oversee quality standards, inspections, and testing processes. • Monitor raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products. • Drive continuous improvement in quality management systems. • Support audits, certifications, and regulatory compliance requirements.Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management or Engineering (Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical). • Minimum 6–8 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control.Preferred Certifications: • ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certification • Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt • QC certifications from recognized institutions such as PSQCA • Strong analytical, leadership, and process improvement skills
