This position acts as a strategic partner to site, regional, and functional leadership, aligning talent strategies with overall business objectives. The incumbent is responsible for executing people-focused initiatives that support organizational growth, operational efficiency, and a high-performance culture. This role involves overseeing the development of HR programs, managing a team of HR professionals, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The Sr. Manager will also analyze workforce data to identify risks and opportunities, champion change management initiatives, and foster an inclusive, engaging work environment that aligns with the company’s values.QualificationsCandidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred. Relevant HR certifications such as PHR, SHRM-SCP, or CHRP are desirable. A minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles supporting large or complex sites, is required. The ideal candidate demonstrates advanced proficiency in HR systems and analytics, with the ability to leverage data insights for strategic decision-making. Strong expertise in employment law and regulatory compliance is essential, along with skills in organizational development and change leadership.
