This role translates organizational direction into clear, compelling, and consistent storytelling across internal and external platforms, driving awareness of LeadersUp’s mission and programs.Reporting to the Director of Creative Strategy & Operations, this position ensures that campaigns, content, and communications are strategically planned, implemented, and refined to advance LeadersUp’s brand narrative and project goals. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with exceptional writing and execution skills, using insights and analytics to continuously improve engagement and brand performance.While we prefer candidates based in California, we welcome applicants from across the U.S. who share our passion for inclusive economic empowerment and bring the strategic, creative, and operational excellence needed to advance this work.Essential DutiesMarketing Strategy & Content ManagementDevelop and execute comprehensive marketing and communications strategies to amplify LeadersUp’s mission, portfolios, and initiatives across digital and traditional platforms.Manage organizational storytelling and content development across newsletters, blogs, social media, website, and campaigns to ensure brand alignment and message consistency.Oversee the organizational content calendar and coordinate cross-functional messaging to maintain cohesion and timeliness.Write, edit, and refine content across multiple channels, including reports and thought leadership materials, to enhance visibility and engagement.Brand Stewardship & CollaborationAct as a brand steward, ensuring all communications reflect LeadersUp’s values, tone, and design standards.Collaborate with the Director of Creative Strategy & Operations and Creative Services teams to ensure campaign alignment and delivery of compelling visual assets.Apply an equity-centered lens to all communications, ensuring accessibility, inclusion, and representation of diverse voices.Partner across departments to align messaging with strategic initiatives, portfolio outcomes, and organizational priorities.Insights, Measurement & Continuous ImprovementGather, analyze, and report on performance metrics for marketing and communications activities to assess impact and inform future strategies.Leverage analytics, audience insights, and market trends to refine campaigns and content delivery.Stay abreast of emerging communications, storytelling, and marketing trends to drive innovation, engagement, and continuous improvement.​​Performs other related duties as assigned.Design & DeliveryEach role within our organization contributes its unique expertise and skill sets to the successful deployment of LeadersUp’s service architecture.
