The working location will be CBRE/ T&T PJM Korea HQ office.Key Responsibilities Manages all facets of project management (program, budget, procurement, quality & risk) for individual real estate projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout. Advise and support to establish project objectives based on understanding of the requirements and experiences Lead and support communication with the project team and relevant parties Manage and oversee project execution and delivery Manage and provide project documentation and reporting Oversee and manage critical activities of consultants, construction vendors or suppliersKey Requirements Bachelor’s degree in related discipline, eg. Architectural Design/Engineering, Interior Design or Construction Management 7+ years’ of experience in Project or Construction Management Experience in a real estate company doing Project Management or in-house Project Management is preferred. Otherwise, experience at a Construction Management company or Architectural Design office is also acceptable.
