该职位来源于猎聘 基本职责:制定和实施国家和地区销售增长计划。预测销售额,分析市场趋势,并向高层管理人员提交报告。以设计取胜开拓新的应用市场。建立和维护牢固持久的客户关系。建立并领导一支高绩效的销售团队。识别市场变化,并与工程团队合作开发下一代产品。有滤波片、镜头等产品面向不同行业客户的经验。 资格/要求:科学相关领域的学士/硕士学位;英语可以作为工作语言。必须有直接的工业销售经验。有光学和半导体应用涂层相关设备经验或邻近市场经验者优先。滤波片、镜头等产品经验,车载、抬头、AR/VR等行业客户资源或邻近市场经验者优先。作为销售经理的成功销售记录。强烈的商业意识和熟练的客户管理技能。在快节奏的环境中舒适工作,在压力下工作。 Essential Duties/Responsibilities:Develop and implement national and regional sales growth plans.Forecast sales, analyze market trends, and present reports to the upper management.Develop new application markets with design wins.Build and maintain strong and long-lasting customer relationships.Build and lead a high-performing sales team.Identify market shifts and work with the engineering team to develop next-generation products. Qualifications/Requirements:BS/MS Degree in a science-related field; MBA is a plus.English can be a working language.Direct industrial sales experience is a must.Experience in coating-related equipment for optics and semi-conductor applications or adjacent market experience is preferred.Successful sales track record as a sales manager.Strong business sense and proficient customer management skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and working under pressure.
