This position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical and leadership skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. What can you expect from Ansell? What your role will be in details?You will be: Material Planning Process improvement: Analyse the material planning process across all in-house plants and propose improvement initiatives. Develop and implement material planning continuous improvement strategies across all plants. Use data analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and enhance the efficiency of material planning processes. Inventory Management: Establish and maintain optimal inventory levels with optimum safety levels to meet production demands while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory. Implement inventory control measures to ensure accuracy and prevent stockouts. MRP execution: Collaborate with the procurement team to understand lead times, capacity constraints, and potential risks to the supply chain. Establish an execution dashboard to monitor the performance Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with local operation team such as production, procurement, logistics, and other relevant departments to align material planning activities with overall supply chain goals. Work closely with Global sourcing and Ops Finance to ensure material forecast and inventory are in good control. Communicate effectively to ensure all stakeholders are informed of material availability and potential risks. Technology Utilization: Leverage Dynamics 365 to streamline material planning processes. Provide training and support for team members on relevant technology tools. What you will bring? Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field. Proven experience in material planning. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using Dynamics 365 and other relevant planning tools. Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in material planning.
