Conducted impact assessments of AI adoption across functions, identifying implications for roles, skills, and organizational design.Drive change management and user adoption for new systems and tools.Design and refine talent management programs (performance management, career paths, succession planning, engagement initiatives) to strengthen organizational capability.Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on workforce transformation initiatives: e.g. Reskilling/upskilling, supporting the delivery of Generative AI Proof of Concepts (PoCs), etc.Proactively monitoring the different initiatives/projects, and their continuous alignment with the defined scope and quality.
