About The RoleThe Senior Strategic Program Manager at Catawiki plays a pivotal role in shaping and driving Catawiki’s strategic agenda, ensuring the company scales effectively while staying relentlessly customer and growth-focused. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer and working closely with the CEO and Executive Management Team (EMT), this role is a trusted partner to senior leadership. The role focuses on four core areas: enhancing company cadence and leadership effectiveness, driving customer centricity, embedding AI and data-driven ways of working, and leading cross-functional strategic initiatives. This role works across the organization to streamline operations, enhance decision-making, and embed a culture of alignment, accountability, and innovation.Key Responsibilities Enhancing Company Cadence & Leadership EffectivenessOwn and continuously improve Catawiki’s strategic planning and execution process, including OGSMs, roadmaps, and alignment workshops.Design and run EMT offsites, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and monthly business reviews (MBRs). Identify and address bottlenecks, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives.Prepare board and CEO materials, and facilitate Leadership Team (LT) sessions, ensuring clear communication, decision quality, and measurable impact.Lead internal communication efforts, including Town Halls, and drive leadership team effectiveness by embedding feedback loops, decision-making discipline, and alignment practices.Driving Customer CentricityLead and expand Catawiki’s Customer Centricity program, embedding customer-focused metrics and principles across all functions.Ensure business review cycles consistently incorporate customer data and insights.Champion a culture where customer impact drives product, operational, and strategic decisions.Leading Strategic ProjectsManage high-priority, cross-functional or People strategic initiatives that enable Catawiki’s growthAct as a trusted advisor to the CPO, CEO and EMT, taking ownership of key initiatives to drive company-wide impact.Embedding AI & Data-Driven Ways of WorkingLead Catawiki’s adoption of AI and automation to improve productivity, efficiency, and decision quality.Partner cross-functionally to identify, pilot, and scale AI use cases with measurable impact.Enable employees to integrate AI and data-driven practices into their daily work.Success for this role is Driving organizational alignment, operational efficiency, and leadership team performance.Embedding a customer- and data-centric culture that measurably improves growth, retention, and customer satisfaction.Scaling AI and automation across functions, with measurable productivity and innovation outcomes.Delivering measurable impact through strategic initiatives that support Catawiki’s ambitious growth trajectory.What It Takes To Succeed In This Role8-10+ years of experience in strategic program management, Chief of Staff, or operational leadership roles at tech/marketplace/ecommerce companies.Proven track record in setting up best-in-class business processes (e.g., OGSMs/OKRs, QBR/MBR cadence).Proven ability to build relationships across all levels, including CEOs, executive teams, boards and cross-functional teams.Strong strategic thinking, project management, influencing, and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges and fast-paced environments.A balance of high-level strategic vision with the ability to dive deep into execution when required.Demonstrated experience leading AI, digital transformation, or cross-functional change programs.Exceptional written/oral communication and stakeholder management skills.Entrepreneurial, proactive mindset with a track record of delivering measurable, company-wide impact.Experience in e-commerce/marketplaces and/or global scale-ups preferred.Where you’ll beAs the Senior Strategic Program Manager, you’ll report into the Chief People Officer (with close collaboration with the CEO and EMT). This role is based in our Amsterdam office where you'll be expected to attend a minimum of 2 days per week.
