The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. The LinkedIn Talent Insights Consultant serves as a key customer resource for one of LinkedIn’s most strategic products, LinkedIn Talent Insights (LTI). LTI is a data and insights product that is leveraged by our customers to answer their most strategic questions. The LTI consultant will inform and enhance the product and customer experience for LTI by focusing on driving success for customers.In this role you will work across LinkedIn to offer advice and expertise to our customers, helping them make informed decisions about finding and managing talent in a complex, rapidly evolving talent market.Primary Responsibilities:Conduct customer workshops and product deep dives while synthesizing complex messages into a clear story Consult with customers on how to use LTI to address their unique challenges and objectives Establish trust as a product expert to customers and internal stakeholders Serve as a strategic partner to customers and influence customers’ approach to deepening use and adoption of LTI Interface and influence senior execs through audience-appropriate delivery Support optimization of end-user engagement by sharing best practices, trends, and customer success stories Share feedback and collaborate with appropriate cross-functional teams (e.g. Product, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success) to improve customer experience Provide inputs (use cases, customer feedback, success stories etc.) where appropriate to support sales and customer for renewal QualificationsBasic Qualifications:BA/BS degree in related field7+ years working experience with a minimum of 4 years in a client-facing role Experience in a role requiring data-driven recommendations, data analysis or data visualization Fluency in English & FrenchPreferred Qualifications:Fluency in ArabicExperience working with data/products that provide actionable insights to help customers make decisions Experience driving change management or working in a consulting role Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners such as Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Sales Experience working in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Consulting, SaaS, or Customer Success Ability to understand products at a detailed level with an analytical yet customer-centric approach Ability to derive insights from data to inform strategy, develop recommendations and best practices Initiative and leadership to drive results and change in a fast-paced environment and operate independently under ambiguity Familiarity with L&D, Learning Management Systems or Learning Experience Platforms Familiarity with People Analytics, Employee Engagement or People Success Platforms Additional InformationGlobal Data Privacy Notice for Job Candidates Please follow this link to access the document that provides transparency around the way in which LinkedIn handles personal data of employees and job applicants: https://legal.linkedin.com/candidate-portal.
