Apply today.TasksWhat you’ll do?Sales & Customer ServiceActively promote the Swiss WorldCargo network and contribute to revenue generationSell our full portfolio of cargo products and develop both existing and new businessManage bookings for all shipment types using Swiss WorxHandle, monitor, and prioritize all Customer Service Center queuesPrepare and deliver ad-hoc offers based on set parametersProactively sell short-term open capacityPerform tracing activities for import and export shipments to ensure visibility and customer satisfactionOperationsCoordinate daily processes and information flow with local handling agentsSend flight and truck dispositions to handling partnersIssue accurate loading instructions to handling agentsEnsure proper stock management of Unit Load Devices (ULDs)RequirementsWhat we’re looking for?Education & TrainingPost-secondary degree (Bac+2 to Bac+4)Solid knowledge of standard PC applications and digital toolsProfessional ExperiencePrevious experience in the cargo industry or with a freight forwarder is a strong assetLanguagesFluent French — spoken and writtenFluent English — spoken and writtenSkills & Personal QualitiesStrong team player with excellent communication skillsSolution-oriented mindset and ability to remain calm under pressureFlexible, resilient, and able to manage peak workload with staminaProfessional, seamless communication with external partnersOpen to new ideas, improvements, and innovationPlease note you must currently be eligible to work and remain indefinitely without any restrictions in the country to which you are making an application.This role is offered as a 6-month contract, based on a 35-hour work week, with a hybrid working model combining office presence and remote work.For any questions, please contact the International Recruiting team: internationalrecruiting@dlh.de
