For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.Primary ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, execution, and closure of security projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business objectivesAct as the primary point of contact for clients-providing updates, gathering requirements, and presenting project plans and status reportsCoordinate and manage cross-functional project teams, including internal technical staff and external contractorsDevelop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, budgets, and risk assessmentsImplement and oversee security frameworks such as NIST, STIGs, RMF, and FedRAMP, HITRUST CSF, SOC2, ISO within project scopesUse project management tools to monitor performance, track milestones, and ensure timely, cost-effective deliveryConduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycleFoster a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvementStay current with developments in IT security and integrate best practices and tools (e.g., Nessus) into project workflowsYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications1 or more of the following Certifications: PMP, CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security5+ years of Project Management (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) experience5+ years of experience in at least one or more of the following IT Security Frameworks: NIST, STIGs, RMF, FedRAMP, HITRUST CSF, SOC2, ISOExperience with Risk Management & MitigationExperience with Client Communication & Stakeholder EngagementExperience with at least two or more of the following Project Management Software platforms: Visio, Office Apps, JIRA, MS Project, TrelloExperience with Documentation & ReportingMust be willing/able to work Eastern Time Zone business hours regardless of remote base locationPreferred QualificationsExperience with Vulnerability Assessment Tools (e.g., Nessus)Experience with Team Leadership & CollaborationAll employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter PolicyPay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment.
